The Note Reminder employs encryption to the passwords and note content. You have to enter a Master Password before you can reveal the passwords and note content. The passwords and note content are stored encrypted in the database.

The Time Monitor at the top part is either showing Remain or Expired title, depending on whether the Note Time is later than the current time or not. The bottom part of the Time Monitor will show the time difference in appropriate time units between the Note Time and the current time. The Time Monitor will automatically update itself to reflect the time remaining or expiry of the activity.

The remaining time is shown in green when it is not expired yet and yellow when it falls into the Alert Time Zone. It will turn into red when the time is expired.

The Note in the account has note time to indicate its timing charactistics. The note time can be used as a remind time or as a base time for remind time if it is a repeatable note. When the remind time is set in note, it will be shown in the Reminder list. Reminding note shown in the Reminder list will have a Time Monitor attached to it to show the remaining time of the note.

There is also an Alert Time Zone field which indicates when the Note will enter its "Yellow" zone. The yellow zone means that the Note Time will soon be expired. This field together with the Note Time field will direct the Time Monitor on how to display the remaining time.

Yes, you can. Go to the Note and edit its details. Enter a shorter name in the Short Title field. The Home Screen widget will use the Short Title first for its display.

Once you have created Accounts and enter Notes into them. The Reminder Tab will display all the notes that have expiry time set. You can then go to the Home Screen and tab on any free space to activiate the Widgets Screen. In the Widgets Screen, scroll and locate the Note Reminder widget and tab on it to select the widget. The Remind Note Select Screen will apear and you can select which entry to show as widget in the Home Screen.

The Account in this application is anything you feel important and has secrecy implication when it is stored in a portable or mobile device. Examples of account are your personal bank account that has password attached to it or your client account that has confidential activities and notes. Account is also used to group a list of Notes.

Locate the Note Reminder from the Applications Screen and click on it to launch the App. Once the Note Reminder App is launched, click the Account Tab to create accounts. Once an account is created, you can enter Notes into it. Note is the basic information that the Note Reminder will track on its expiry.
